To demonstrate its cutting power, vegetables such as carrots are placed through the openings and sliced cleanly in half. A brave volunteer then places their arm through the center opening. The blade is pushed downward, apparently passing directly through the spectator’s arm while continuing to cut the vegetables above and below it!
The volunteer’s arm is immediately shown to be completely unharmed.
