PB&J by Timothy Wenk is a complete, audience-tested feature routine for children’s and family magic shows—not merely a quick prop trick.
The magician displays a jar of peanut butter and a jar of jelly on opposite sides of the performance area. After both jars are covered, the magician claims they have magically changed places. The children do not believe it, especially when the magician repeatedly avoids showing them what happened!
For the finale, a volunteer examines two pieces of bread and places them inside a paper bag. The peanut butter and jelly finally change places visibly—and when the volunteer reaches into the bag, the bread has transformed into a complete peanut butter-and-jelly sandwich!
